Building Survey
A client was concerned about a number of aspects of this attractive period property in Stamford. Our surveyors carried out a Historic Building Survey to provide a thorough analysis of the condition of the building. We identified a number of problem areas and prepared a 100+ page report outlining areas needing repair, health and safety concerns, risks and implications as well as advice on legal matters.
